Bore Place House is the biggest property at this 500 acre estate – Bore Place – sleeping 24 in 12 bedrooms (or up to 30 with the use of extra beds). With a large drawing room with an open fire and doors opening on to the gardens, as well as four other reception rooms there is plenty of space for big groups to get together. At the estate’s core is a commitment to sustainability – all water is recycled;  50% of the estate’s energy is produced on site and the farm is managed to encourage wildlife. Green Tourism Accredited! Only a short drive from the pretty towns of Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells and an hour from London, or a half hour walk from Penshurst station (served by trains from Tonbridge and Redhill) yet it is a haven of peace and stillness that feels a world away from the hectic pace of day to day life.
