Swanley Park
There’s good reason why Swanley Park is one of the region’s most popular parks. It’s brilliant for families, but the size of it makes it easy to get a bit of peace and quiet too.
You’ll find more than 15 attractions and mobility friendly paths spread through Swanley Park’s undulating 60 acres. At its heart is a large boating lake, where you can hire boats, canoes and pedalos.
If you’d rather stick to dry land, hire a child’s pedal car to explore the park, or pack a picnic and settle down in a leafy corner.
Kids can play safely in the family enclosure. On warm summer days, they’ll love the paddling pool and watersplash area. There’s sand play, too. Older children can let off steam in the large, well-equipped play area nearby. There are swings, climbing frame and a zip wire.
There’s also mini golf, tree trek, a bouncy castle zone, a miniature railway and battery-powered racing cars – or you can simply feed the ducks!
