Purpose built in the 1930s as a cinema, The Stag Community Arts Centre is still a lively spot at the heart of the Sevenoaks community. Grab your popcorn and settle in for the show!
The theatre shows a wide range of performances. One night, there might be a Stag Youth Theatre performance. The next, the stage belongs to a world-class comedian. The annual highlight is, of course, the Christmas pantomime, when the building rings with children’s laughter and yells of “He’s behind you”! The two boutique cinema screens show cult classics, blockbusters, National Theatre productions and regular Parent and Baby films. There’s also an alternative performance and conferencing facility.
